Tenets
Spiritseid (pronounced Spi-rit-side) was built on the belief that the Holy Scripture (Bible), the word of God, is true.
God the Father sent Jesus Christ His Son to save all of mankind from sin and death, beginning with Israel, not to condemn us (John 3:17). The gospel is good news for all of us because God is going to judge the whole world soon, and remove sin and wicked people from it. But He sent Jesus Christ so that people who believe in Jesus could be free from the effects of sin and death. For those who believe is a hope of life in a new heaven and a new earth.
The Bible testifies in Ecclesiastes 12:14 that God will bring everything we have done into judgment. The word of God is the authority by which we spread the good news of the kingdom of God and of His Salvation in Jesus Christ.
We have been invited into the Salvation of God, which frees us from sin and death, and condemnation at the judgment. The way is to believe in Jesus Christ (Yeshuah Messiah), whom God the Father sent into the world to redeem the world by His life & sacrifice.
Only Jesus saves. There is no other name by which mankind can be saved. There is no other way. Any other way presented to you is a lie.
We are saved by believing in Jesus (John 3:16); chosen to bear the fruit of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, as expressed in John 15:16 by Jesus. We are to bear fruit fit for the kingdom of heaven.
The gospel tells us that the life we are redeemed in Christ to live is in the kingdom of God. The kingdom of God is already with us, Jesus told us in Luke 17:21; therefore, we do not go looking for the physical coming of the kingdom because it is within us. It is a spiritual kingdom. The fruits we bear as the people of God testify to the truth of our salvation.
As the children of God and the children of the kingdom of heaven, we continually seek the knowledge of God and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33), so that His knowledge drives out the old versions of ourselves and brings us into the image of God we are made into, by believing in Jesus. Paul says in 2 Corinthians – “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come; the old has gone, the new is here.”
This is the life we evangelize through the mission of Spiritseid: To seek the Lord Jesus Christ and His kingdom while we have time.
From the Editor
The foundation of the Spiritseid mission is Jesus Christ (Yeshuah). While Spiritseid, pronounced – Spirit side/seed, may share various types of encouraging or inspiring messages, and poetry, I have only found mental, spiritual, and emotional healing in Jesus Christ.
My direction in life was changed from that of an artist and author, and given a purpose to do what I ran from in early life to chase fame. Discovering the truth about the kingdom of God in the message of the gospel gives me hope that soon the world will be transformed. The wickedness and pain we see now will be removed for justice and peace, and love among all of God’s people.
Believing God, and being brought into the truth has given me a freedom that has removed fear from my life, along with many other underlying issues. I have found it to be as Jesus said it is “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”.
