I have been considering the sensitivities of race and our sufferings by the establishment. Since pain isn’t something to make light of I’ll broach this gently. But there are things we, as people of God need to realize. And as a perceived “man of color”, one whom Jesus redeemed from sin. There is something that ought to be recognized for what it is. Even as my opinion is my opinion, God’s word is life.
God created one man, Adam and from him, one woman, Eve; whose descendant Noah, only had one wife, and three sons, from his one wife. These three son Shem, Ham, and Japheth peopled the whole earth from east to west and north to south. And so the question of race or race superiority becomes this thing we ought to consider carefully because:
All mankind has one Father – Matthew 23:9
Our Father said DO NOT oppress one another – Leviticus 25:17
Whoever hates his brother is a murderer – 1 John 3:25
A murderer from the beginning – John 8:44
The same measure you mete will be measured to you – Luke 6:38
We are one body in Christ Jesus – Romans 12:15
Anyone who exalts themselves will be humbled – Matthew 23:12
Every knee will bow and confess – Philippians 2:10
We come from one creator (Genesis 1:1). We come from one body (Genesis 1:27). We were redeemed by one Lord and savior (Isaiah 42:8 & Matthew 28:10). Jesus’ righteous acts destroyed the illusions of sin and set us free from enslavement to sin (1 Corinthians 7:23). So we also ought to come out of enslavement to the fallacy of race and race superiority because it is confusion of the body and a vexing corruption of the heart. And so our one God established one people through the one man and redeemed all who answer Him through the one man. One race from one Father. That is how we will all be judged according to what we have done, not our skin color or what we look like. So maybe it is time we ought to consider walking out of Babylon’s race secretion. Consider it and speak to the same God and the same Messiah we pray to. He will provide the correct direction on the matter because he invites us all to come and discuss the matter together.
